We just had to give parental consent for dd1 to make jam sandwhiches tomorrow and write about it and

Yes, say you can't possibly give permission until you know what percentage of fruit there is in the jam. And what flavour. I think strawberry is OK but you might draw the line at apricot.

For scots week, we were asked to give permission for P1's to try shortbread and Irn Bru.

I of course refused unless they were being served with a Greggs sausage roll and yum yum.
