If you work in a primary school

Is your school doing anything to try to prevent future knife crime? Are there any government initiatives?

I know that many primary schools don’t have to worry much about their pupils joining gangs or carrying knives, but given the news reports of gang members who are as young as six years old, I wonder if all primary schools are having to be proactive?

Hopeful bump in case any school staff are home now (and have time for MN).

No.
It's not on our radar.

Thank you for replying! I thought of asking someone at DD’s school, but unless there’s a national initiative I doubt it will be on the radar there either. We’re in a small town with a relatively low crime rate.
