Pinner Wood school or others??

Hi all, just hoping for some guidance on primary schools? Does anyone know if Pinner Wood school in Harrow is a good primary school with good 11 plus results? Anyone know how it compares to Westlodge primary school and Grimsdyke primary? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I've heard lots of positives things about Pinner Wood and some mixed things about Westlodge. None of these schools will prep your child for the 11+ entrance exams, if that's what you're asking about. Most children will be tutored for 11+.

I've heard pastoral care at Pinner Wood is great. It's a very warm, welcoming environment. I've heard the SEND care is good.

Westlodge has a good reputation and is generally well thought of, but I've heard of several parents removing their children. I know a parent who removed their child from the school because their teacher put no effort into their child. The only feedback they got from the teacher was their child is easy and they could just be left by themselves to do their thing. Could not tell them anything else about their child. They felt their child was forgotten about.
