St.albans primary schools

Hello,

Just after some opinions on primary schools. Looking to apply in January for September 2025 start.

Looking for a school that is good on discipline, kids are well rounded not just academics but well mannered and taught to be kind individuals.

There are so many high rated schools around the country which produce good grades but I would really like my children to go to a school that is focused on teaching children the importance of respect, manners, play and know how to socially interact with others.

Catchment areas are quite tight in St Albans, so definitely start with the schools you are in catchment for. Unless you are looking for independent schools, in which case have a look at Manor Lodge and St Columbas Prep
