Educational Apps for 7 year old

My daughter has a real thirst for learning, she is 7, in Y2 at school.

She's asked for a kids laptop type device for Christmas so she can do maths on it etc but I think it may be short lived.

Does anyone have any recommendations for apps (paid is fine) that that we can subscribe to so she can do this kind of thing on an iPad? There seem to be a few around but more US based

Duolingo for languages.

My child (7) has been enjoying a mental math game recently — you get four numbers and try to make 10 using +, −, ×, ÷.
It’s called “Make 10” and it’s free on iOS/Android.
I’m not sure if it’s on Amazon Appstore for Kindle Fire, but if you have access to Google Play on the device it should work.
It’s short, puzzle-like, and works well for quick 5–10 minute sessions.
