We had three candidates and none of them had any passion or vision to take our school onto the next stage, so they didn't even merit interviewing in the pm. So now we've got to do it all again...

Oh dear-happens a lot though. I don't know why anyone would want to be a Head with all it entails these days! Good luck for second time-usually somone good comes forward eventually.

I can agree, a thankless task to be one. Thanks for your message, our county bod said that second time around can be much better.
