Best place to get school polo shirts?

I brought some white polo shirts which are 100% cotton from Asda but they wash so badly. Most have ended up in the bin. Coming out of the wash still with stains and covered in fluff from school jumper. Are they all like this because of the material? Or should I be buying them from somewhere else?

If you can, get them in the same colour as the jumper instead of white, they last much longer and you can wash everything together.

I’ve been happy with the ones I got from Next

M&S, I'm a bit rubbish with laundry but by the end of the school year they still looked really white, I got them because DS is tall and slim and they do a slim fit (they do regular and plus too) but we've bought them again this year because they wash so well. Not really expensive either, although you've missed the 20% off

We get Sainsbury's, wash at 60 with Vanish, hang in the sun to get rid of tomato stains. We get the odd indelible stain but most have been good enough to pass down the child 2.

Not sure freestyling on the colour would go down well with most schools!

We get M&S ones now, definitely the best we’ve tried. They come in different fits which is good for us as DD doesn’t like them baggy.

Also had some from next which were ok but not as nice feeling material and Sainsbury’s Tu ones which weren’t such a good shape and whilst they looked ok definitely didn’t wash as well.

The school second hand shop. They last so well they are almost perfect second hand.

We like M&S too, but ours are navy so we don't have the issue with whites, fortunately! But they are nice and soft and don't seem any the worse for my aversion to ironing.

Another vote for Sainsburys and always with scoop of vanish.
Buy more than you need so you can sacrifice the odd one if needed if paticularly badly marked!

I like Sainsbury's best, I found they washed better than M&S!

Sainsbury's or M&S - was on a white hot wash & come out fine.
