Swimming with nursery or swimming with sibling?

Which would be more beneficial for my 3year old?

Nursery would be her own age. Otherwise there's a school near us that my eldest will go to with mixed aged children.

My son is a swimming instructor. The group with the worst behavioural issues are the 3 years old. By going with an older sibling, the instructor will spend more time teaching swimming than stopping a child to do silly things .
Many 3 years old have only ever been in a pool for fun. The concept of waiting, listening and doing what they are told is a novelty for many.

For a three year old, take them yourself until they are water confident, can float in different shapes, doggy paddle, etc and then with the basic skills send them to lessons, otherwise it's alot of standing around and very little actual swimming time.

I wish I could I don't even know how to swim myself.
