Hi,
I maybe moving to bath with 2 primary sch children . Can anyone tell me what the primary schools are like? We are looking at Widcombe/newbridge/weston/larkhall at the moment.
Lots seem on their website to be very religious which we aren’t.

Plus if I don’t get them into the local school is driving and parking to drop them off going to be impossible?
any information and advise gratefully received!

Batheaston is a fantastic primary - often over subscribed but fabulous, its also slightly more alternative than regular schools - they have amazing facilities and although a church school, many kids are not church attenders. parking in the village can be a bit tricky but if you don't mind walking a few mins then you can always park.

St Stephens at the top of Landsdowne hill, it is also a great school but more traditional than Batheaston. Parking is do able but again if your prepared to walk 5 mins each way there's always somewhere to park.

Both schools in the area for Larkhall. Larkhall itself is a fab place to live, its like a little village within Bath, thriving little high street, great cafes and deli.
