Bradley Stokes area primary schools

Thinking of moving to Bradley Stokes area and would appreciate any input regarding primary scholls for 7 year old boy, general feel of area, amenities etc. Many thanks

Nice suburban area with a lovely nature reserve, easy connections in to Bristol by bus, the central shopping centre is bland but has most staple shops and restaurants. The area has doctors and dentists and an opticians, a large leisure centre, a library and skatepark. All the local primary schools are rated good, some are over-subscribed and you will need to live close to them to get a place even mid-year. This is particularly true for Bradley Stoke Community School which is an all-through primary & secondary school and generally seen as the best secondary school in the area. So which road you choose to live in will have a big effect on what school(s) you can consider particularly for secondary. The area has a good community feeling and is generally safe and friendly.
