St John's Highbury vale opinions?

We are on the waitlist for St johns Highbury vale, and I wondered any current experiences with the school. It's our best option location wise not sure if we will get in but we missed the tour...

hoping we would fit in there, though non religious...

Wonderful school, my son goes there and he absolutely lvoes it. The new head has been great, teaching staff are great and as it is a one form entry, it has a lovely village feel to it. We are not religious either and they do go quite hard on the religious stuff, but its not an issue at all. Most families are not religious.
