Just normal things you'd likely do anyway. Counting, number recognition, enumeration, phonics, doing puzzles and playing games, read stories and teach her vocabulary and discuss the stories to deepen her understanding. Draw pictures together, learn shapes and colours. Send her to a good preschool. If you live locally I'd recommend Herne Hill which is lovely and great at developing young children holistically.
