I'm looking for some advice please! I have joined the PTA at DC school and the first thing we need to do is merge the two existing PTAs into one, as the school has recently amalgamated from a separate infant and junior into a primary.
Has anyone done this before? It all seems really complicated. I have looked at charity commission website and think I understand but could do with some advice from someone who has actually gone through the process!
