My child is in Year 2 in a Welsh school (English medium) and has completed the equivalent of Year 2 SATS, I believe they are called Personalised Assessments. From what I gather from information online, the results of these assessments, and feedback, should be available to parents/caregivers via the Hwb network. This has not occurred and when I have asked for the results I have been told that they do not provide these to parents/caregivers and are used in house only.
Could anyone with experience dealing with these assessments confirm whether I have a right to obtain the results and receive feedback? Also, should I have been provided with the Year 1 assessments too?
We have already had our final parents’ evening so no opportunity for the teachers to discuss these results face to face before the year ends.
