Non-Verbal: 43/48
Verbal: 30/48
From what I read (correct me if I'm wrong):
Non-Verbal and Spatial scores give an idea of potential.
Quantitative and Verbal scores represent Maths and English levels.
A difference of more than 10 between Non-Verbal and Verbal indicates a problem that is supposed to be investigated. But what do you do with that information?
Their primary school STEN score for Maths is 10, and for English is 9, every year, so their education level is not bad.
My feeling is to just shove the CAT4 score in a drawer and forget about it.
