DS is currently at F2 at a primary school and is very happy there. Unfortunately we didnt get in the Primary school(got our 2nd choice) and there is a place for 5 afternoons at the other Primary school after 22nd April. He absolutely doesnt want to go as he loves current teachers and most children but he is very easy going and makes contact easily...
a) Would you take change him to new school or wait till after the summer break? Bearing in mind he doesnt know anybody and will start fulltime?
b) A good book where it explains that children will go to different schools but can still stay friends?
Any advice is very welcome!
