We are due offsted inspection as we had last one almost 15 years ago.
What questions do they ask support staff and lunchtime supervising staff?

Mainly about safeguarding procedures, I.e what do you do if you have a concern, who would you report to etc. They ask what safeguarding training you’ve had. Any concerns with staff knowledge is an immediate inadequate grade so just make sure you know your schools policy.
Maybe also a bit about behaviour if you’re based outside.
Classroom staff they ask who you’re pupil premium and SEND children are. They don’t expect you to be able to list them off, just expect you to know where to find out. For example we have a list in the back of a folder in our classroom. They also ask about early reading in primary schools and will ask support staff to listen to a lower child read.
