I've been given this sheet to fill out but the class teacher for my 7, nearly 8 year old. Has any one else done this?

I just wondered what they might be thinking of in terms of difficulties?

I'd never give it to a parent without explanation.

I'd just put in comments and what you think the school need to focus on in each area.

Well he's having difficulties with interaction, his speech and understanding is fine, but his interaction with other children is... odd. They've given it to me to see what areas match with how he is at school, I know this. I was just wondering if this is given for identifying a specific problem.

Ah. It's a matching exercise for home/school behaviours. Then definitely just complete comments/focus boxes.
