Tunbridge Wells Primary advice - St James School or Claremont??

Hello!
We have the option to rent a property close to either of these schools.
Looking for recommendations from current parents about which would be a better fit for my children.
They are coming from a very liberal, East London school (no uniform, teachers use first names, major arts focus, 'hippy' vibe, very engaged and friendly parent community etc). I know this school will feel very different, and we are prepared for that. They all are academic, and this is important to me. I would prefer a non-faith school (Claremont) but am open to a church school if it's not very churchy.
Which would you choose? Which did you choose?
Any views really welcome! Thank you :)
