Hi mums, I have short listed the following schools for my little boy. I'm really keen to understand your experiences;

  1. St Andrews Halstead
  2. Rydes Hill
  3. Green Field

Im looking for information regarding the following;

  1. Positive Experiences
  2. Challenges/ Bullying
  3. Quality of teaching
  4. Leadership

Thank you so much.

I'm sorry you haven't received any responses. This is probably because there are more than 16,000 primary schools in England, and from the title of your post 'Primary School' nobody will be able to tell which area of the country you are referring to (or even if you are referring to England.)

I did open your post and see you have listed three schools, but I don't recognise their names and there is no mention of which region they are in.

An internet search reveals that Halstead is in Essex.

I would suggest you ask Mumsnet to rename the title of your post to mention Essex and perhaps also Halstead (or whichever large town is nearest) to help people who know the area to spot your post.

To contact Mumsnet you may need to 'report' your post.

Or start a new post with a more descriptive title.

I hope this helps.

St Andrews is indeed a state primary school in Halstead, Essex - but unless there's another one not coming up on an Internet search, Rydes Hill is a prep school in the Guildford area...

And Greenfield an indie in Woking?

Which then leads on to 'Halstead St Andrews' (not 'St Andrews, Halstead'), also in Surrey. Which makes a bit more sense.

As @LetItGoToRuin said, the title could have been a little more helpfulGrin
