I’m going crazy waiting to find out whether my DS will be going to KCS in September. We have another offer we had to accept so we have something but I thought I would post here to check for any advice, words of wisdom or positive stories as I cannot bear the suspense any longer.

Just bumping this hoping someone has some experience with the waitlist at King’s

One of the boys in my son’s year joined them in August from the waiting list. Fingers crossed for your DS!

@2minutesplease thank you! But gosh that would break me! I’m a nervous wreck since November but hopefully next week when the acceptance deadline passes we will know if there is any initial movement.

Actually there are more boys who got their places from the waiting list, including on the deadline date, I just wanted to tell you that the space may come up even as late as in August!

Thank you @2minutesplease and it sounds like there is still a chance to get a place. I hope you and your DS like the school and that it is worth all this stress. My DS loved it and wouldn’t go anywhere else hence we just need to wait and see but huge thank you for sharing positive stories
