We've just applied for the school and we were wondering if anyone knows anything about the application process and how many children get assessed and how many receive an order.

The school in London? What year of entry are you applying for? They say they are full for 2024.

You are encouraged to apply early as places are allocated that way and not based on assessment.

Basically the parents are assessed not the kids. Which in my view is fairer.

Hi, I’ve just applied for 2025. I wasn’t aware that it’s a first come first serve basis. I was under the impression that everyone is assessed equally. Am I mistaken?

It’s not on a first come, first served basis though there is a relatively early
cut off date for the application. They want to see parents who will fit into their community as it’s a small school. I’ve heard from a current parent they want both parents who are fully involved in their son’s life. Siblings automatically receive an offer so that affects the number of spots available each year. They also ask your son’s nursery for a report as they want a balance of personalities in the class.
