How many parents have you seen today talking on a mobile phone while driving with their children in the car???

Today I counted only 2. A compararively low number compared to some days. One about to pull out in front of me on a roundabout. The second having a very complicated conversation regarding finances and accounts (she carried on her conversation as she walked behind me after getting out of her car trailing 3 young girls behind her)

I see at least 4 a day on the drive and car park of my DD's school. The same 4 every day almost without fail.

School know who they are, as they also park in the no parking areas.
