Which school has this uniform?

To help with something bugging me (no wider purpose).

A while ago I read an article about private schools and they featured a school where they wore straw boaters with a red ribbon tied around them. Pretty sure the school was in Berkshire or Bucks or thereabouts, and mixed sex iirc.

Probably lots of them. Jack and Jill schools in Twickenham and Hampton wear boaters with a red ribbon in the summer

Godstowe? Lots would have similar round that area and have done since I was young.

Are you thinking of Red maids? They have red cloaks and funny hats with long ribbons (but navy not red)

@IkaBaar Might have been, but my gut is saying no, although their uniform is similar

@PuttingDownRoots I like your thinking, but think the school was further east and there were boys in the photos I think.

There are lots of prep schools with boaters and ribbons (of various colours including red).

But I don't LOVE the idea of some internet person trying to identify a primary school by its uniform.

I'm sure you are a perfectly normal Mumsnet user OP, but trying to identify a primary school by its uniform is the type of thing that someone with ill-intent may try to do.

Picture the scene: abusive ex husband, court ordered no contact, sees photo of their child in a uniform on social media, uses uniform to identify location of child - I've known this to happen IRL.

I understand, I hadn't thought about it that way. :/ I can assure you I'm merely trying to solve a nagging question.
