Hampstead Hill School

We recently visited Hampstead Hill School for our DS and really liked it. Any feedback about this school?

Incredible 7+ results last year…..

I believe they are changing from 7+ exit to a full on prep school in the coming year. I spoke to a consultant about this school, and she cautioned if 7+ is our aim, then perhaps they will focus less on this exit so they keep children on. I did not research more as we found a different path for our DS, but you might look into this. Also, do some searching on mumsnet... seems like the school is a bit like marmite - some love, some not so much. If you have a good feeling and an academic pre-reception/pre-prep is right for you DC, then go for it! They will get a great solid academic foundation, it seems!

Yes,I know about their 11+ new extension of the school. But during our meeting they told that they will still prepare for 7+ exam.

That consultant is wrong. They've openly stated they will very much do 7+ and 11+ there for those who want to or may need it. According to DH

When does the pre-prep start in the morning? Is there a window to drop the children or is it a fixed 7.30am start?
