careers education in primary school???

Does anyone know if there is any kind of Careers education in Primary school? Even if it is something not too obvious that is meant to fit into some sort of Careers education program??

As part of the curriculum I mean

I have no idea if it is officially on the curriculum, but DS's school arrange for parents from differnt jobs to go in and talk to Yr 5&6 about what they do.
