Toddler library recommendation in SW London

Dear mummies, can you please advice which libraries in Chelsea, Kensington and Fulham have best selection of books for toddlers in final years of nursery and reception age?

We've been taking our DD ( now 7 and a strong reader) to Fulham Library since she was a toddler. The children's library there is brilliant! Lots of choice and a lovely space to spend time browsing and reading. Feel very lucky to have access to this.
