Hi,
The teacher in the next year group up from mine keeps saying things like, "I know you got away with this last year, but THIS year.." and, "My class last year were exactly the same this time last year, but they had their behaviour sorted by the end of the year.."
The other problem is that other teachers are also jumping on the bandwagon over my old class and dropping comments here and there about how disrespectful this class is, etc.
I feel worried that it's my fault that the class are acting in this way, that I haven't taught them to be polite/respectful to other adults. No one's mentioning anything about any other classes.
Or am I being too sensitive?
