Hey everyone,
I have a job interview next week for a teaching assistant job - this is my second interview at this school (I didn’t get the last one)
This time I am being asked to do a maths activity with some year 3 students, to help develop their understanding of 1 more or less, 10 more or less and 100 more or less.
I have no idea where to start…. Any tips please?

Do you have to prepare an activity or be told here it is crack on with little Davy and Bert?
they just want to see you engage with the kids, be patient, explain the task to the kids, if they become to fidgety how do you deal with them.

Use visuals to support the needs of autistic students
use a whiteboard showing
step by step instructions symbol or written and how many times to do the activity

show a short video for visual learners
go on a website called
twinkl and see if you can get some resources
