Where should I move to?

Hello,

Please help advise me! Where can I live that meets these criteria:

  • 3/4 bed properties for £600000-£650000 - with a garden or close to a park
  • Good schools (primary most important as we have a baby now and would be fine to move again before secondary school)
  • Good nurseries
  • Max one and a half hours by public transport to Canary Wharf & Southbank
  • Within an hour and a half drive / public transport to Wembley & Kingston

Thanks!

Harrow/North Harrow would fit the bill. You could prob just get a 3 bed Semi/4 bed terraced. Most schools are really good. Only one I’m not sure if travel time to Kingston.

Hanwell, good parks and schools ....lizzy line... however driving to Kingston is awful from anywhere!
train from Brentford change at Twickenham is ok .... but not great ...
Brentford itself?? lots developments by the river at the moment not sure school's
Whitton possible in budget. Twickenham unlikely to be...but plane noise bad...

Thanks! Being on Elizabeth Line would be great but not sure what those areas are really like. I forgot to add would also like to be walking distance to a high street/few shops...
