Last day of primary school!!

Tomorrow is my eldests last day of primary school! Went to their leavers performance last night. I've been a blubbing wreck ever since!! Anyone else? I just can't see to settle myself. I'm not even worried about her going there or anything as she is excited and ready. It's just all my omg she's getting so old and time is going too fast thing!

Oh yes... I am going to have to be mopped off the floor by the time the leaver's assembly and bubble parade are finished tomorrow! This week my youngest has had a "leavers" teddy bear picnic for finishing ore school, my y2 twins had a leavers assembly for moving up to Juniors and tomorrow is the big one with my eldest finishing primary... Feels like the school is out to get me, they gave out copies of Words For Life by Max Enhrman yesterday! Throw in perimenopause and the effect is very soggy indeed...
She and all her friends are just so happy and excited for their future though, it's only me and the other mums blubbing! She's had a lovely time at her current school with a really good group of friends most of whom won't be going to the same secondary, I'm sure she'll miss them but they're all looking forward to the next phase and full of anticipation.
I am looking forward to our last day of walking all 4 to the same school, definitely going to get a commemorative photo...

Gosh some really big changes for you too! I hope today goes as well as it can. I'm a mess already. I'm just not ready but I thought I was. We are changing the kids bedrooms around this summer too. So more changes. Not sure it was a good idea after all! I also have perimenopause so it's not easy.

Awww I got a photo of her before she left this morning. She looked miserable though as she has a sore throat.
