Anyone know what the "assessments" are likely to involve for entry into reception class (private school)

I've been told probably drawing a person and doing a jigsaw puzzle??

If you search on the archives you will find plenty of info on this. At the dcs school they were looking for "Readiness for school", so independent toileting, what were they like in the playground, could they play with playmobil/lego with another child, could they sit on a mat to listen to a story.

..are they easy to teach?
Saves private schools dealing with behaviour issues if they reckon your child is docile (cynic!)
