Wray Common Primary or St Johns Primary Redhill

Hi,

Does anyone have any thoughts about both Wray Common Primary and St Johns Primary schools in Redhill? Looking at the last distance covered for schools in the area we might be able to get a place at either of these if we manage to find a suitable place to move in to. They both have good ofsted reports so wondering if either is considered better and what pro’s and cons may be for each?

Wray Common appears to be bigger with more outdoor facilities, swimming and more after school clubs.

Thanks!

Both are lovely schools, so all down to the feel when you look around. My kids go to Wray common and love it, and I'm very impressed with their teaching and community feel. Wray common is twice as big as St John's, and I've heard it's very very difficult to get into St John's as it's a one form intake so you'd probably have to be super close to get in st. Johns. St John's is probably prettier, quaint building, whereas Wray common is larger, 1960s but comes with advantages too! There is also Hatchlands in the local area which is meant to be good too!
