We are considering Wellington School in Ayr for our toddler to attend from nursery onwards. I wondered if anyone has any experience of the school in recent years and could give any insight?
Thanks

We don't have personal experience but know people who do and we live close by. Its a small school and friends say they sometimes dont have enough children to make a sporting team, instead they attend after school clubs with kids from other schools. They use the old racecourse and low green which is council owned and where people walk their dogs. They have a sports field outside of alloway where the kids are bussed to. Very little playground. Other local schools are good and secondaries have outstanding spaces.

Thanks @Brightredtulips, that's useful to know

@YoucancallmeKAREN Thats good to hear. Did you attend for both primary and secondary? Could you please tell me a little bit about what made you feel that way? What was good (and indeed not so good) about the school?
