Hello. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, a 2 year old and a 5 1/2 year old. We will be moving to Exeter by the start of April. I need recommendation of a really good school for my 5 1/2 daughter in Exeter. Please provide me with some recommendations as we will be making a in-year application. Thanks!

A useful first step might be to contact the admissions team at the local authority to find out which schools are likely to have spaces.

@Samia19 you can't just pick and choose schools. The Council will just plonk your kids where there is space!

(And I know that, because that's what they did with us. In Exeter!)

You will need to contact admissions as not all schools will have spaces least of all an outstanding primary.

@BossBerk may I ask which school was that and did you like it?

Hey @Samia19 - Monkerton and I quite like it. No complaints. My fave school though was the primary in St Thomas! 😍
