Guys which is the best and nearest area to live if your boy goes to Habs school ?

Hi ! Not directly in response to your question, but have the results for Habs 7+ or 4+ come already ? We are waiting for 7+ results eagerly.

Habs doesn't have a catchment area. Admission is by assessment, so in theory you could live anywhere that's an easy commute to the school if you get in.

In terms of location it isn’t catchment but elstree, radlett, Stanmore, borehamwood are all good locations. 4+ comes out on Monday I think! Good luck @Pinky1011

No idea about assessments. Yeah I know it's not about catchment but just thinking long term. For next year . If my child gets through where should we look out for flats. We are new to London

If you are worried about travel to the school check out the bus routes. GD has been going on the school coach to Habs since she was 7 and loves the independence. When she was younger she was escorted to the coach

@mdh2020 we just received an offer from Habs and we are delighted! We live far, about 40 mins on the coach and are wondering how our DS will manage that as we have been very local to our prep school so far. Can I DM you?

how is your son in the habs at reception, we are going to the second round on assessment, and did you move after
