Jenny Hammond vs Davies Lane

Hi everyone, anyone have any recent first hand experience of Davies Lane? Wasn’t able to get an appointment to visit and have to make an imminent decision between Davies Lane and Jenny Hammond primary schools for next year. We visited JH and were impressed although I’ve heard DL is more education focussed in preparing kids for secondary school. JH is closer to my house, DL about a 20 min walk. Any advice would be gratefully received!

A bit late but live locally and wasn’t massively impressed by Davies Lane, so going elsewhere although it’s our closest. What did you pick?

I have direct, recent experience of Jenny Hammond. It's an excellent school and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Staff, teaching and care are first rate. Very engaged with local community to.

May I ask, why were you not impressed by DL? I am starting to research local schools for my 2 year old. Thanks :)
