Catch-up With Family Resource Worker and DSL

Hi there.

The above team member at my little ones school has requested a catch up.

What does this team member do, all i got told from my other half is they would like a catch up about my son after all the kids have gone in on monday morning.

Googled the school to find out who it was as it isnt his normal teacher.

Probably innocent enough, but unexpected haha

The DSL will be the designated safeguarding lead. I'm assuming that the family resource worker is similar to a family liason officer - someone who acts as a communication/support for parents who need more than the day to day school contact.

Could that be because my son has sen and a ehcp?
