Feedback on Grange Junior School, Cheshire

Hi everyone, we’re looking at sending our son to The Grange Junior School in Hartford, Cheshire. Went for a private tour recently and were impressed by the school, would really appreciate any feedback pros and cons from current parents!

Have been looking at others, including Cheadle Hulme junior school and equally as impressed, but logistically the Grange would be more convenient and there is a school bus too. Feel guilty taking this in to account but if it means children aren’t in the car for 1 hour plus AM/PM then I think that’s pro.

thanks!

We have just moved our two this year to The Grange from state primaries and are very pleased so far although a bit disappointed to hear that the current head of the junior school has given notice.

Also, ours get the bus and have been pleased with it- which area are you travelling from? If the Holmes chapel/Cranach/Goostrey/Congleton bus then it's driven by a lovely motherly lady who knows all the junior children and looks after them.
