ds will be 3 on 1st September this year... when will he start nursery and primary school?

I thought he would have to wait until September 2009, but someone told me he will be able to start nursery in September because he will be 3 by then, and that he will start school in the January of 2009

Now I'm confused.

I know it's a long way off, but we take dd2 to nursery every day and it would be nice if I could tell him when he'll be going (even though I know he won't take it in iykwim)

(should say that they told me he will start nursery in September of this year)

tbh, if his birthday is 1st i don't think he'll start school until 2010.
cut off here is 1st sept so if you lived in east sussex he'd start school on his 5th b'day

i might be wrong though....

(and I just re-read my OP and what I meant was that he would start nursery in September of 2009, meaning that he would start school in the September of 2010 - oh god, I'm confusing myself even more now )
