I am considering apply for a position at this school. If anyone has experience with the school / teacher / management that would help. Also, I know it’s busy on bulls lane. What time does traffic start mounting up in the mornings and after school.

Have a look at Mumsnet posts on Maltmans Green Gerrards Cross. Lots of bullying and unkindness. Headmistress focused on academics, and not much pastoral care. Lots of discontent staff with huge turnover. Management varied. I actually liked Mrs Walker the headmistress, even though she’s too academically driven, but not the new male deputy head. Our dd left in July, having done her 11 plus. We had become very concerned about unkindness and bullying, but knew our time was coming to an end, so decided not to make any fuss. Traffic terrible from 8.10am and in afternoons, from 3.10pm. One way system in place. Not sure I would recommend working for new male deputy, but Mrs Walker would be fine.

@Vetsanddocs Thanks for that. What time does the traffic clear up in the evenings? The role is to work for the deputy head academic.
