Wondered if anybody would be able to give me a current view of Downsend Prep?
I have 2 boys who are prep age and we are looking to move them from our local state school.
They are both "able" but definitely not genius types. Not v sporty, but will have a go and really enjoy art, design and technology and coding.
What is the pastoral care like?
Would they fit in easily moving into Y5 and Y2?
I'm curious about what having a senior school means - do they still prep them for 11+ or 13+ or do they want to "keep" them?
Are there any issues to look out for or ask about when we go to the open day in September (eg staff turnover, kids leaving, discontent \ bullying).
