Hi,

I need to buy a water bottle for my child starting primary school.

Can anyone recommend one I can put in the dishwasher?

Thanks!

The Sistema twist top ones are great - they don't leak and wash well. Lots of kids in my DD's school use them. Cheap at the supermarket too.

DS is starting Reception and he has two different ones. One is from a company called "Schmatzfatz" and is plastic, the other is a stainless steel one called Bumpli.
Ours leave theirs by the side on the playground during break and lunchtime, where they frequently get thrown or kicked about. I needed something that can cope with that kind of treatment...
Neither of them leak and both are fine to go in the dishwasher.

I thought Sistema were great, but then read something about the cleanliness of the spout part - I'm not convinced they always stay clean inside. Sticking them in Milton fluid sometimes might solve it.
We have the Aveo ones, which dishwash very well.
