Maths - extra curricular

My ds is year 1, he is bright but struggles with reading and writing. I suspect he may be dyslexic and it's a real slog every week to get him through the weekly spelling tests and complete the written homework. He dislikes school because of all the writing and rarely gets any good feedback from his teacher. However he has really developed a love of maths this year and his teacher said he was quite gifted in it. Does anyone have any recommendations to foster his enjoyment of maths - websites, activities, books etc? Thanks

Have a look at the NRich website. My DS, also just finishing year 1, is very good at maths and his teacher gives him things to do from here to challenge him.

My daughter liked maths seeds at that age. You can usually get a free trial

I really recommend Khan Academy for maths online. It does other subjects too, but I thought the maths was excellent.
