"schooluniformmadeeasy" is anyone getting deliveries?

Apologies for the rant here but our school has one online supplier for uniform (second hand is available but that's not really the point). Despite ordering a month ago, I've had no delivery and no order update. I guess I have two questions: has anyone else ordered and received anything? And secondly, why is it acceptable to have one company based in Scotland as the monopoly supplier for a school in Southern England?!? What happened to local shops selling uniform?!

Just a rant, Different company 'leanard Hudson', but they are also in Edinburgh for a southern school, an expensive, not user friendly website without free returns. I've just ordered and school advised us to order before the end of July before we get them in September. I'm thinking they should sell iron on/ sew on logos. Then I was at school, there was a monopoly supplier, but it was local.

*order before the end of July so they arrive in time for school. Order came to £66 for 3 t-shirts, a jumper and a book bag.

As of September this is banned isn't it? Just buy generic uniform.

@Schooldil3ma I hope that's the case because on a whole variety of levels I think it is appalling! They didn't say so in their prospectus as it is all about how they want things branded and named this one supplier as the one place they could be obtained.

I'm just seething both at the customer service of the company I'm obliged to use and at the bloody principle!
