Does anyone have a complete list of all the sight words they could give me please? Thanks

Do you mean the list of key words for each year group? Or something else?

There is a list of words that they just have to learn and when you spell them out phonetically they don't sound right eg, me, at, my, i, is but don't know what they all are!

Could you get a set of the key words and pick out the non-phonetic ones yourself?

Wilkinson sell magnetic sets of key words for £2 or £3 I think

some of them do spell phonetically. these are the high frequency words i think you mean. there isn't a special 'sight words', i'm sure. lewisfan's link is right as per nls words.
