We are moving this summer and our children are starting at a new school. This school seems really great and I was impressed during our tour. But what is bothering me is that they’re very slow to respond to emails. The head teacher said my children can attend a taster day next week, but we didn’t specify a date or time, and I haven’t heard anything more about it. I wrote an email 3.5 weeks ago and never received a response. I followed up again last Thursday, and still haven’t heard back. Is this normal? How long would you expect to wait for a reply from a school?
