UCS/Highgate 4+ assessment

Hello,
We are considering both UCS and Highgate for pre-prep. Does anyone have any experience with their 4+ assessments? What are they looking for? How do they do the assessment? I am also wondering how do they compare kids who are just 3 and already over 4 doing the assessment at the same time..
Any advice would be appreciated!

They have formulae to adjust for summer/winter born kids.
