South Norwood primary schools

Looking to buy our first house and the area we've narrowed our focus to is South Norwood. We've seen a house within budget which we love, but it looks like it may not be the greatest location for schools. It's very close to St Mark's CofE Primary Academy, also South Norwood Primary. Third closest is Oasis Academy Ryelands, which has better Ofsted data than those first two but I don't know if it's close enough to get a space (I don't think Croydon publish greatest distance admissions data - but if anyone knows where this is, I would much appreciate a link!)

Does anyone have any feedback on these schools - particularly St Mark's and South Norwood Primary? They look ok but not amazing from available Ofsted data, but of course I know that's not everything and can be tricky to interpret. We have friends in the area but none with kids, so it feels like we're going in blind!

South Norwood Primary has closed and reopened with a new head since the last Ofsted and by all accounts has been good over the last couple of years.

Amazing, thankyou both so much. Don't know why some boroughs make the distances so hard to find!
