Anyone with recent experience of the school.... Couple of safeguarding incidents in the past, has the school dealt with any deficiencies? Feel free to PM please.

ds used to visit every weekend for swimming lessons. All I can say is they were very sharp about who was on-site, where they could go and that there was no contact with boarders.

I went there a couple of times in about 2005 as a peripatetic teacher. I've never seen so much crying in a staffroom and the kids were the worst behaved of all the kids I taught on my circuit.

Hopefully it is much improved since then!!

Whilst there was safeguarding issues in the past the school is now a safeguarding leader. Thorough and this managed very well. Please DM if you have any other questions I would be happy to answer.
